There is no obligation to refund if an order/item reaches us after 28 days of purchase or is returned in an unsellable condition (on these rare occasions) we will arrange to return the item back to you

For full price purchases please notify of return within 14 days + return within 28 days of purchase. 

Please note items must be returned in new condition, tags on, unworn & odour free.
